At Toronto Rhyme, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be in the same condition that you received it
Be unworn or unused
Have all tags attached
Be in its original packaging
You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

for approval.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once approved, we’ll provide:
A return shipping label
Instructions on how and where to send your package

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
The item is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
We do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective.
If your item qualifies, please email Support@torontorhyme.com for approval before sending it back.
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized products (e.g., personalized headgear or apparel)
Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before starting a return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
